Since 1983 John A. Meyer Appraisal Co. has been serving the appraisal needs of West Michigan property owners and lending institutions. From a one-person office we have evolved into one of the largest appraisal organizations in the area. The appraisers and support staff are specialists in particular areas, which enables them to have a thorough understanding of the factors affecting value as it relates to individual properties.
We concentrate on residential, multi-family, and
commercial/industrial appraisals. Our association with many of the real estate
boards in Central-West Michigan, relationships with primary real estate brokers, and years of appraisal records, provides us with a large database to use when analyzing individual properties. This, coupled with the expertise of multiple appraisers, enables us to provide the client with the most accurate appraisal available.
