Since 1983 John A. Meyer Appraisal Co. has been serving the appraisal needs of West Michigan property owners and lending institutions.  From a one-person office we have evolved into one of the largest appraisal organizations in the area.  The appraisers and support staff are specialists in particular areas, which enables them to have a thorough understanding of the factors affecting value as it relates to individual properties.

We concentrate primarily on residential and small income appraisals.  Our membership in many of the real estate boards in Central-West Michigan, relationships with primary real estate brokers, and years of appraisal records, provides us with a large database to use when analyzing individual properties.  This, coupled with the expertise of seven appraisers, enables us to provide the client with the most accurate appraisal available.
